Saracin (imp)

Saracin (imp) was bred by Halsdon Arabians in the UK and imported to Australia as a young horse. He has stood at Valinor Park since his importation where he has been used as an outcross to the homebred mares.

Line-bred to Palas (Pol.) through his son Gondolier, who stands at Magness Arabians in the USA, Saracin (imp) represents the very best of Polish bloodlines. His Polish ancestry boasts a 2 time winner of the Polish Derby, whilst he also has an infusion of Egyptian blood through his mare lines. A dash of Russian influence has resulted in an Arabian who has extreme athleticism, combined with a beautifully balanced and correct body and that unmistakable Arabian 'look'.

Shown in the UK before being exported, Saracin (imp) was unbeaten in his class, and was Reserve British Champion prior to leaving the UK.

His progeny are very correct and balanced individuals, and are themselves now achieving in the show ring and endurance arenas.

Saracin (imp) has sired East Coast Champions at Halter together with Ridden Champions and successful Endurance horses.
