El Sidaqa

El Badoura (imp UK),El Sidaqa's dam, was bought from Cullinghurst Stud and specifically bred to the South African Champion Stallion, TeHama Na Sidaqa, who had just arrived in the UK. As soon as she was 60 days in foal, she was quarantined, and subsequently imported in foal. The resulting foal is the exciting stallion, El Sidaqa.

Born in August 2005, El Sidaqa has had a short but outstanding show career, with National Championship wins in Australia and International success.

He was Silver Champion Colt at the A Grade NSW State Titles at his first outing, and has subsequently been Silver Champion Colt at the AA graded Nationals under 5 International Judges, and was Top 5 at the 2009 East Coast Championships. El Sidaqa spent 2 years in the UK where he was shown successfully, at his first show in the UK he was Reserve Champion at the British Classic Show in July, which qualified him for Aachen, and then he went Top 5 at the British Nationals at the end of July 2010. He returned home to Valinor Park to continue his stud duties.

However, it is in the breeding barn that he has had his greatest success - siring Australian and East Coast Champions from a very small foal crop. His foals are extremely typy, and inherit his elegant neck and beautiful head, together with his outstanding movement and correct legs and topline. El Sidaqa doesn't stand at public stud, although he is sometimes available via private treaty.
